Uses
JebChem 3511 can help reduce coefficient of friction (CoF) and enhance slip and scratch resistance in waterborne formulations.
JebChem 3511 significantly reduces surface tension – acts on the film surface in clear coatings and overprint varnishes.

Table 1 shows the average COF value of JebChem slip agent additives and competitors in the market. JebChem 3511 provides the best performance among slip agents in the table. It has the lowest COF value, meaning JebChem 3511 offers better slip properties than the others.
Table 2: Formulation
Table 2 illustrates the formulation of the coating film with and without JebChem 3511 and Table 3 shows the COF values of both films. The COF value of the coating film incorporating 0.3% JebChem 3511 is less than half of the sample without the slip agent.
