JebChem 2040
JebChem 2040 s a saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon silicone-free anti-foam and is designed for paint and coating applications. Has good chemical stability (heat, oxidation, etc.) and is soluble in various non-polar solvents (e.g. mineral oil, toluene, alkane).

Shaking Test
Weigh material into glass container then mix by high speed shaker for 5 minutes (see Table 1) to determine the de-foaming efficiency.
Casting Test
Mix Part A : Part B as ratio 2:1 then mix with high speed shaker for 1 minute. Cast epoxy self-levelling mixture in polypropylene mold, control dry thickness to about 3 millimeters. Leave the epoxy cure for 12hrs then determine de-foaming efficiency of the casting.
Results
Conclusion
The test result based on this experiment – just 0.01% Antifoam JebChem 2040 in epoxy flooring shows EXCELLENT anti-foam performance and provides a smooth finish.
